pBuckets - the base of the complete DataBucket

Returns:

the complete DataBucket

pRevisionsToRestore - number of revisions to restore

pNewBucketKey - bucket key of the new bucket

pBuckets - the base of the complete DataBucket

pFullDump - boolean if entire bucket should be written. Must be triggered from extern since it is based on the revisionToRestore-Param

a LogValue holding a complete DataBucket for reading a one for writing
